About The Job We are seeking to hire Service Adviser to be an effective interface between the customer and workshop by understanding customers repair requirements, raising accurate repair orders and implementing workshop processes to ensuring timely repairs as per quality standards. your job responsibilities will be including but not limited to: Receives customers, conducts first level diagnosis of the requested repair work and details the same effectively. Opens accurate job cards detailing all requirements and ensures the appropriate technician is assigned the work through the shop foreman. Tracks each job to ensure its completion in the prescribed time and updates the customer regularly on the status of the repair job. Ensures job cards received after completion of work are accurate and contain all the required documents before closin. Ensures timely follow up and update on of recalls. Maintains and updates all service files and reports on product, customer and accounts to ensure effective follow up. Prepares statement of accounts on a daily basis for cash/cheque sales.
About You As a Service Adviser, you will need to demonstrate the following Qualifications, Experiences & skills Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Qualified Engineer with sufficient relevant technical awareness of vehicle systems.
Minimum Experience: 3 years in the workshop/service department of a major manufacturer’s franchise, Iveco background and service training preferred Job-Specific Skills ISO9001. Customer care and basics of automobile service and repairs.
