The major areas focused are: recruiting and staffing; compensation and benefits administration; labor relations; performance management and improvement systems; organization development; employee orientation, development, and training and employee services and counseling.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Administration of HRIS Recruitment, Hiring and Onboarding Compensation, Services and Benefits Labor Relations Performance Management Knowledge and Skills Bachelor degree with 3-5 years professional experience. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent speaking/reading/writing of English and Arabic skills required. Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills. Excellent communication and Negotiation skills. Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Judgment, Detail-oriented and able to strategically implement production processes
