ALSAFY Group is Hiring “Call Center Agent”
Requirements:
Required language proficiency in English.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Knowledge of AVAYA System.
Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Gender: Males and Females.

Location: Obour Buildings
Working days: 5 and 2 days off on rotation basis, working hours: 8H.
