Qualifications:

– Bachelor degree in Accounting, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
– 8-10 years’ experience as a Financial Manager or similar role in financial reporting, budgeting, and costing, especially in Ready Mix Concrete filed or Construction.
-Strong understanding of Odoo management system
-In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
-Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-Prior experience in the ready mix concrete industry is preferred.
