NOK is hiring Customer Service Associates for #Amazon
for our temporary agency roles at Amazon in New Cairo -Egypt.

– Amazon’s customer service associates act as the first point of contact for our customers by answering their queries through phone, chat or email.
– CSAs are responsible for supporting our customers with their orders, product queries, payment issues, and account updates, website education, and resolving any other issues they may be having.
-Our associates are hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented, with a genuine desire to find solutions to customer problems.

Job Requirements:
• Excellent & Fluent English Level
• Graduates & Gap year students can apply
• Flexible with rotational shifts
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Fully committed to work at least 3 months
• Ready to start in July or August 2023
