BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION FRESH GRADUATES
A Call For Business Administration Fresh Graduates!
We are hiring “Commercial Coordinator” with the below job responsibilities:
– Support in reviewing Customer Proposals/LOI/PO/Contracts.
– Support in reviewing suppliers Quotations/Agreements.
– Responsible for creating new orders on SAP/CRM.
– Responsible for Customer invoicing according to contract terms & conditions.
– Responsible for creating Purchase requests on SAP.
– Handle CRM updates/modifications.
– Responsible for creating customer quotations on CRM.
– Responsible for adjusting plan cost on SAP.
– Follow up on the collection related to the business unit.
– Update the billing forecast plan and following up the billing status for the BU projects.
– Follow up with the treasury/accounting the payments status for suppliers.
– Follow up with treasury the guarantees issuance / reduction / retrievals related to the BU projects .
