DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Responsibilities:
– Lead and train new staff, ensuring they possess proper etiquette for serving clients and handling challenging situations.
– Develop comprehensive training programs and manage budgets for projects to control costs and maximize sales.
– Review financial reports, make adjustments for financial stability and profitability.
– Create effective marketing strategies to promote our business and increase customer awareness.
– Manage operational activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
– Coordinate event execution, facilitating communication between teams to ensure timing and quality.
– Establish appropriate inventory levels for banquet equipment and supplies.
– Schedule, assign work, and provide training and resources to ensure staff effectiveness.
– Coordinate with external vendors for equipment, supplies, and event staff.
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of cost control, purchasing, and food safety departments.

Qualifications:
– Proficiency in search Microsoft Office applications.
– Quick adaptability to new software applications.
– Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or related field.
– Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively.
– Sound business judgment and decision-making skills.
– Adaptability to a changing environment.
– Maintaining composure and professionalism in stressful situations.

Competitive salary range: 30,000 to 40,000 EGP
