Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Type: Full-time Contract – Immediate Hire
Department: HR
Work Location: New Cairo, Transmar International

Key responsibilities:
· Building & updating our talent pool by searching & approaching different sourcing channels.
· Creating job posts & posting them through recruitment and online job portals to ensure filling all the vacant positions.
· Screening and filtering shortlisted CVs that match the required jobs and qualifications to fill vacant positions with the best fit.
· Screening CVs to ensure that the applicant/candidate matches the required qualifications.
· Conducting phone interviews & inviting qualified applicants/candidates for interviews using the approved communication method (phone & email).
· Performing any other required assessments for job applicants to ensure they are the best fit for the vacant position.
· Coordinating technical interviews with the hiring managers.
· Maintain and frequently update candidate database and recruitment tracker for timely reporting.
· Performing reference & background check for any approved applicant/candidate before sending the job offer.
· Communicate the details of any new hire with all the concerned parties to ensure proper employee onboarding.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, HR
· HRM certificate/diploma is a plus
· 3-5 years of experience in HR/talent acquisition
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.Excited about the Role?
