MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Will support the Sales Team within an assigned territory with day-to-day tasks.
Main Job Duties/Responsibilities
Support the territory Sales Team by handling assigned sales support tasks, enabling the Sales Team to focus more on developing and executing sales strategies:
Responsible for sales activities of the product line Organize meetings with physicians to increase awareness of MDT Stractural heart products. Conduct /execute developing plans of KOL accounts Promote both new and existing products to current and potential customers by new Hospitals and Centers visit within the responsible territory. Support physicians as a Clinic Support Specialist; clinically and technically during the usage of the products. Attend appointed operations with Health Care Professionals, assisting them in using/implanting Medtronic devices during the operation Participate in product ordering and inventory management Sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers Performe cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers Maintaine positive business relationships to ensure future sales Analyze the territory /market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Must Haves
University degree 2-3 years in same field/Medical devices Related job experience Must have excellent command of both written and spoken English, Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Haves
No obstacle for traveling No obligation of military service for male candidates
Skills & Competencies
Effective communication skills, Flexible and willing to work in a team High degree of self-motivation Being team player with high sense of responsibility Ethic and Compliant work Excellent follow-up skills Dynamic, hard working
