Aim of Job :-

Co-Packing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the availability of Promotional SKU’s (Quantity + Timing) as per the Promo calendar activity agreed with all stakeholders in the S&OP meeting. He / She is also responsible for co-packing of the imported products that need to have special labelling / printing according to Ministry of Health regulations. Scope of job will initially be solely focused on Egypt, but plan is to leverage the position to tackle co-packing that is done on other countries of the AMET cluster.

Main Responsibilities :-

Co-packing Activities

Ensures that all Eurocodes and BOM of Promotions are created and active in the ERP system Identifies packaging materials suppliers in coordination with brand activation person and Supply Chain Manager Issues and follow up purchase orders with packaging materials suppliers Ensures that all child SKU’s and packaging materials are available at least one week prior the planned co-packing activity Ensures that each material has its own specification process sheet and sample Issues production orders to Co-packer Follows up with Co-packer the co-packing process until the promotions are ready to be sold at warehouse with the planned quantities and timings Ensures that all transactions are reflected correctly on the computer system Ensures that all Imported SKU’s are identified and they are not released in system until the labelling / printing is done correctly Measures and tracks the packaging materials suppliers as well as the co-packer performance Supports the Demand Planner in Demand activities related to co-packing materials

Risk Management

Manages and communicates co-packing criticalities to all stakeholders in order to modify / act according to new plan Manages all criticalities with packaging materials suppliers, as well as co-packer Manages quality risks and defected materials

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in Engineering, Business Management, or similar. Courses in Supply Chain/Logistics >3 years’ experience, in Supply Chain English & Arabic is required Hands on experience in purchasing, co-packing activities and coordinating with 3PL Experience working with quantitative & qualitative numbers, creating reports Expert in Excel, Skilled enough in Word and Power Point Continuous Improvement Mind-set: PLAN, DO, CHECK & ACT (PDCA) approach to business, Analyses gaps, identifies root causes and process gaps, Initiates and executes actions.
