Future Group is hiring Talent Acquisition Team lead
Job location: Dokki
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and at least 1 year as a TA team lead / Supervisor.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Global hiring experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of current recruiting trends and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills is a must.
• Ability to work independently and to coach a team.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Working conditions : (Hybrid)
– working days: Sunday to Thursday
– working hours : From 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM including one hour break.
