Recruitment specialist for Lemon Spaces

Lemon Spaces is hiring Junior Recruitment specialist in Downtown (West El Balad)
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Receive the Job description from each department to start working on the required positions either blue or white collars.
-Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
-Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
-Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and face to face interviews.
-Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree
-Years of experience in the recruitment field: 2 – 3 years.
-Experience in hiring blue and white collars is a must.
-Excellent – Fluent English level is a must.
-Excellent communication skills.
