AUTOMATION ENGINEER

#Leading FMCG CO. Located in Alexandria is looking to hire the following positions:

1- Automation Engineer ( 1-3 years Experience)

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for backup of PLC programs and diagnose problems in terms of Hardware and software to maintain factory software and parameters (Siemens PLC s7 200,300,400)
2. Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of various types of motors& drivers (AC &DC).
3. Maintain factory electrical equipment according to machines manuals.
4. Maintain and calibrate all instruments.
5. Execute all electrical maintenance programs.
6. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
7. Making back up for SCADA systems and machines parameters (WINCC ,Wonder ware IN touch, etc.).
8. Participate in Installation and commissioning of new machines.
9.Following the principles and concepts of GMP inside the Automation department.
10.Achieving the Automation machines efficiency vs. the planned targets among the Automation KPI’s Dashboard.
