Leasing Coordinator - Property - Egypt
Job Description
The Role
The Leasing Coordinator works closely with Real Estate Managers to record, review and coordinate property lease information, providing reports as required. You will work closely with the broader team to streamline and improve the flow and use of information.
You Will Have
Qualifications & Requirements:
A minimum 5 years' experience working in a business environment with at least 1 year specifically handling office work within a Real Estate team A Business-related Degree or equivalent Fluency in Arabic and English languages ( both written and spoken), as interpretation may be required in this role Basic lease and office management knowledge Excellent geographical knowledge of Kuwait Excellent organisation, communication, and IT skills.
