Keeps abreast of key issues, commitments, and priorities of the Project staff. Reviews outgoing correspondence for accuracy, and format outgoing documents that require the managers' signature.
Coordinates requests from clients, managers, and staff. Maintaining files for the project Director. Collects, reviews, and distributes incoming hard copy and electronic mail. Independently handles mail not requiring the managers' attention.
Coordinates complex travel arrangements, including details of business plans. Prepares itineraries and expense reports.
Coordinates meetings, arranging for facilities, equipment, and catering. Prepare and distribute notices, agendas, information packets, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
Maintains a hard copy or electronic calendar for responsible Project Director while at the jobsite. Performs other administrative assignments as required using applicable automation systems/software.
