We are looking for CRM Supervisor for the HO in Zamalek.
Description:
– Delivering CRM in line with the agreed strategy, responsible for driving the CRM
business KPIs by optimizing offers, email, push and sms campaign performance.
– Liaising with brand teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver
business obiectives
– Technical Campaign Planning
– CRM Calendar Planning
– Analysis and reports generation
– Operating broadcast tool on a day-to-day basis e.g., Identifying business
opportunities, creating audiences, setting up campaigns, reporting etc.
– Working with the wider agency and global teams to deliver best practice
campaigns and strategic projects.
– Ability to make recommendations and suggestions to improve existing
campaigns and always strive for continuous improvement.
– Salesforce, Responsys (or comparable ESP) experience is a must.
– Martech experience with Particle and GetResponse preferable.
– CRM experience within a digital environment is required.
– Experience Needed: 4 – 7 Years.
