Description Key Responsibilities: The role reports to the Director of Revenue Management and includes key responsibilities such as: Drives the digital channels performanceof each hotel in remit ( Website , Global Distribution Systems. On Line Travel Agents & Central Reservations Office ) . Assists eachon property Hotel Director of Revenue in the annual channles strategy and budgetprocess to ensure channel optimisation for direct revenue, resource allocation andnew business opportunities is predominant. Oversees theimplementation of each hotel business channel strategy through programmesand initiatives to stimulate and drive demand. Maintains awarenessof trending booking mediums. Ensures dailyperformance management of all distribution channels. Ensures independent hotelsites are aligned to the hotel marketing strategy. Leverages allCompany programmes and platforms. Provides measurement, reportingand effectiveness on performance of all distribution channel initiatives foreach hotel in remit. Interprets data frominternal and external sources to create optimum decisions for each hotel. Actively ‘listens’ to guestsentiment on-line and feeds the hotel to respond accordingly.
Qualifications Qualifications & Experience: Ideally you'll have a Bachelor Degreein Business, Technology, Travel / Tourism, Hospitality or an equivalentcombination of education and work-related experience with 3- 5 years progressive work-related experience in theindustry or related industry with demonstrated proficiency in digitalmarketing.
Demonstrated expertise and experience in analysing and deriving. actionable insights and tasks from digital channels performance reports and data.
Demonstrated knowledge of local region and markets.
Demonstrated passion and interest in digital performance, you are a self starter who uses analytics to recommend courses of action to drive consumer interest.
