Job Description
IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
IT Technical support is needed to join our team with the following requirements:
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
· Responding in a timely manner to solve issues and requests
· Setting up accounts for new users
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
-Bachelors degree of Computer Science or any equivalent
-Exp.:1-2 years
-Location: Cairo – Giza
