HR Executive
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the company recruitment efforts. Manage the entire life cycle of employee recruitment. Identify gaps in the recruitment process, cultivate strong talent pipelines, and source viable candidate recommendations.
- Improve and model company best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Regularly liaise with executive management managers to inform the development and implementation of a long-term strategic plan for securing a high-quality, broad, and diverse candidates pipeline.
- Improve hiring processes and ensure effective resource allocation. Implement recruitment strategies and adjustments in response to ongoing data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
- Support other HR initiatives as needed.

- At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting role, ideally for FinTech or digital projects
- Knowledge of the software skills and certifications needed for success in today’s fintech industry
- Proven success collaborating with senior- and executive-level hiring managers
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in driving in-house HR processes, protocols, and goals
- Impeccable attention to detail amid a fast-paced environment and deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communications skills (and we mean excellent)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
