” SALES MANAGER ”
Duties & Responsibilities:
• 4+ years’ experience in Sales ” Real Estate ” is A MUST .
• Maintain and increase sales of the company’s products.
• Achieve targets and goals set for the area.
• Serve the needs of existing customers.
• Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Train sales staff.
• Monitor the team’s performance and motivating to reach targets.
• Keep updated with products and competitors.
• Collect customer and market feedback and report the same to the organization.
