Job Description
Achieve individual targets (Revenue & Gross Profit).
Implement aggressive sales strategies & achieve / exceed assigned targets as per KPI in a highly competitive market.
Provide technical support for paints / abrasives.
Providing support for mixing and new code creation for paints.
Carryout regular market visits to manage existing customers like Dealers, Fleet Customers, Individual Customers & Institutional buyers.
Continuously explore business opportunities, identify potential customers and develop NEW customers for Car Care from all customer segments.
Customer Evaluation & Customer Account Opening as per the policies and procedures.
Responsible for Product Introduction, Price Negotiation with customer, Deal Closing, coordinating the deliveries and Payment Collection as per the policies & procedures.
Responsible to maintain high level of customer satisfaction at all the time.
Propose innovative ideas to improving the business continuously.
Qualifications
3~4 years’ experience with proven record in selling VAP Product / Paints in UAE
Thorough knowledge about the UAE market & Customers in all segments
Competent selling skills & go-getter attitude to work in a challenging environment to achieve the sales targets
Effective communication skills to win new customers
A valid UAE Driving License
Technical knowledge about VAP product
