IT Manager

Job purpose:
Manage, direct, and coordinate the Company’s information technology functions including the development, maintenance, and support of all computer systems, software, communications, Odoo system, ERP, and the websites of the group of companies.
Responsible for all IT aspects of the business, including but not limited: to strategy & planning, advice & support, resources & infrastructure, security of equipment and data, and budgeting for operating and capital spending.
KEY DUTIES
· Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
· Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
· Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
· Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
· Implement security controls within systems and applications.
· Review protection/Antivirus servers/relays to ensure that System/security admins are working on the right track and that foundation devices are protected/updated.
· Manage information technology and computer systems.
· Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
· Manage IT, staff, by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
· Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
· Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
· Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
· Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
· Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
· Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
· Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
· ERP system Management (Odoo System).
