Warehouse Manager

Job profile Site Warehouse Manager
Department Operations Reports to Supply Chain Manager
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
Leading the Warehousing department via monitoring the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the
transactions and storage of the goods (raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials).
Ensure all incoming materials are inspected for it’s conformity with the related purchase orders, free
from defects, and deliver the goods for sampling process at QC.
Manage, train and motivate warehouse keepers & operators to deliver the required tasks that will
ensure the team's resources are used effectively and that replenishment work schedules & production
plans are met.
Schedule and Lead the inventory counts, insure maintained labeling & accurate stock transactions as
per in the ERP system (SAP) to meet the inventory efficiency targets and avoid any legality issues.
Assist in coordinating the delivery schedules with the shipping department.
Monitor staff to ensure that all the work place vehicles, machinery and equipment are operational in
efficient and safe manner.
Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service,
and lower costs.
Other
Ensure conformity with food safety standards (HACCP) , (GMP) and quality management regulations
(e.g. ISO 9001 2008, FSSC 22000, AIB)
Comply with Environment, Health, Safety and Fire protection regulations .
Comply with management regulations and other directives and act accordingly.
Overall objective
Member of Egypt Operations Management Percentage 100%

17 Warehouse & Delivery Operators I + II

Requirements

5-7 years leading position as a logistics & warehouse manager
In An Industrial Company Preferred With Food & Chemicals

Bachelor degree in commerce, agriculture, engineering or
administration
Skills
Fluent in Arabic language and good in English (s/ w)
Stock control & food safety understanding
Planning skills
Good leadership , communication and people managmenet skills .
Computer literature MS Office, Lotus Notes, ERP (SAP)
Competencies
Efficient, independent, accurate, pro-active
Flexibility to deal with urgency & work under pressure.
Communicate openly Interacts openly and give clear instructions
