robusta is a full-service tech agency focused on digital transformation. robusta’s services are streamlined across UX/UI Design & Development of E-commerce platforms, mobile apps, websites and web apps and chat bots with a presence in both Stuttgart and Cairo.

robusta is looking for an all rounder with a go-getter attitude to work at the forefront of our client and partner relationships and responsible for key aspects of company’s growth.


The scope of work

  • Client SPOC
  • Consultation service to clients recommending solutions/services
  • Upselling, cross-selling and in-account sales target achieving
  • Active Reporting (internal & external)
  • Owning client business plans/timelines

    • Negotiation skills & tactics
    • Conflict management
    • Business analysis
    • Eager to learn

    Requirements


    - Previous 3-5 years experience as account manager or client facing position in tech agencies such as (sales, presales or business development)

    - Strong communication & interpersonal skills

    - Highly analytical

    - Ability to negotiate, manage risks, cross sell, upsell and achieve in account sales
    - LMS experience is preferable
