HR Manager for Milk’s

Key Accountabilities:
· Plan and forecast the short and long-term talent requirements for the hotel to support its business plans
· Driving all aspects of the HR agenda (Rewards, Talent Acquisition, …etc.) to ensure that all HR activities function in the most optimal way.
· Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes.
Ensure employee relations activities adhere to company policy and legal and regulatory requirements.
· Oversee and approve the payroll.
· Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and support organizational capabilities development with HR interventions.
Build and maintain key internal and external relationships.
Conduct investigations concerning employee and management inquiries and employee suggestions and complaints.
Conduct & design people development plans and ensure implementation.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a problem-solving skill and the following:
· At least a post graduate diploma in HR field .
· A minimum of 15 years’ experience at the HR field,
· A proven track record in decision making skills fair .
· A deep understanding of the legal environment in Egypt and how this is applied in the workplace,
· Advanced in English .
