To achieve maximum profit and increase banquet room

occupancy.

To develop and implement a catering business analysis

and strategy

To maximize the efficient use of the hotel public

space including food & Beverage outlets during off hours for additional

revenue opportunities

To protect present business and develop new business

To maximize guest satisfaction

To maintain high visibility in the local community

To establish a departmental manual identifying all

policies relevant to booking functions with respective charges.
