Sales Admin
Job Description
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Follow-up of traffic letters process from printing to delivery to the customer.
Verification of Sales orders, including identification of customer requirements and payment details.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Follow up on the CRM system and make the required report.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Supporting the Operation sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Requirements
An associate’s or bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
Learning ability and accuracy in work.
Experience with industry software such as CMR, or similar.
Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
