Panda egypt ( retail company) is hiring #OD Specialist in October HQ

•Responsibilities:
– Review and maintain the Job Profiles/Descriptions for all the company to be continuously aligned with the company goals
– Assist in the update and maintain the Policy & Procedure whenever need
– Planning for Performance Management process as well as recheck the KPIs
– Regular Update the Organization Structure
– Prepare all the internal Communications
– Managing and maintain all the OD. Functions i.e.: (the hierarchy, position, organization and assignment) for all operations and the HO on Oracle.

• Requirements:
– university dgree
– 1-3 years experience in same position

Work conditions:
• location: October
• Days off: 2 days off
• free transportation
