Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Global & Theater Work Group Leaders & peers to contribute to the strategy & thought leadership for the Work Group Responsible for defining & driving discipline strategy & Work Group activities within the respective discipline area Collaborate in the creation of the career path for member resources Drive standards, methodologies, tools & training, for discipline Collaborate with SPLs to ensure delivery readiness for PS offerings and products, for discipline Plan for future skill development & capacity, for discipline Assist with qualifying and develop delivery partners, for discipline Jointly evaluate and set goals for discipline Jointly attract talent & hire with Theater & Practice mgrs
Experience And Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience Proven experience as Partner or Executive in technical IT Services Demonstrates mastery of operating in complex, matrix environment Strong track record of delivering results and managing theater level distributed groups
Critical Success Factors
Solid collaboration and partnership with Global & Theater Work Group Leaders, peers, and delivery organization Strong interaction with the Portfolio and SPL teams and must have a seat at the table with these groups for respective discipline Leverages EMC talent to develop, promote and implement strategy and vision which has to be clearly articulated to the discipline delivery members Executive presence; ability to influence Theater and Work Group leads, sales/pre-sales, engineering, etc. Recognized as subject matter expert in knowledge management (internally & externally) Fosters diversity and inclusion within their organization

Education Required: Bachelors (Technical) Experience Required: Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years management experience. Physical Requirements: No
