Job Description

WeData is Currently Hiring ” Services Management Unit Manager” with the below qualifications;

– 10 years experience in managing IT service management
-Strong in-depth technical experience of ITIL, Service
Management
-Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT
Service Management framework
-Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ITIL
workflow platforms such as IBM control Desk , ServiceNow, BMC Remedy
-Design and identify SLA and OLA.
-Identifying KPI thresholds for SLM and for service audit
& control.
-Develop, own and manage Incident Management, Problem
Management, Change and Service Improvement
-Improve communication within IT and with users.
-Identify the affected service due to any changes
-Ability to manage and coordinate day-to-day service
management operations and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure issues are addressed in timely fashion & in accordance to user expectations.
-Maintain all documentations for deployment, maintenance,
upgrades, and problem resolution activities
-Critical thinking and analysis of existing processes,
program level changes and support organization design and structure to provide feedback and guidance on continuous improvement
-Strong leadership skills in driving engagement, adoption
and change for processes and technology
-Able to lead and operate in an empowered agile culture.
