El Hazek Construction is hiring
IT Technical Support Engineer
(0-4 Years of Experience)

𝑱𝒐𝒃 π‘«π’†π’”π’„π’“π’Šπ’‘π’•π’Šπ’π’:
– Respond to all the IT Ticketing System
– Install Computer Applications and Operating Systems
– Troubleshoot and maintain all types of computer H/W
– Support Users Email Access and troubleshooting

π‘Ήπ’†π’’π’–π’Šπ’“π’†π’Žπ’†π’π’•π’”:
1 – Bachelor’s degree in related field (Information_Technology, Computer_Engineering) from a reputable university.
2 – Knowledge of 𝐌𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 πŸ‘πŸ”πŸ“,
3 – Microsoft Servers and Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
4 – CCNA
5 – ITIL Foundation
