Job Description
Tatware is looking to hire the following:
1. Business Analyst
● Meet business users to collect and understand the business process, laws and regulations, business rules,
● Meet and coordinate with internal stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
● Model the business processes using Visio, Bizagy, Aris, or other modeling tools
● Document processes, procedures, policies, work instructions, etc.
● Document the” to be” software requirements specifications using an activity diagram, use case diagram, etc.
● Document the database requirements
● Gather performance data and recording
● Participate in developing or reviewing the test scenarios and test cases
● Participate in the user acceptance test.
● Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements and vice versa.
● Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interfaces of the desired product
● Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
● Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
● Communicate all concepts and guidelines successfully to the development team
● Oversee the progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design
● Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
● Approve final product before launch

Job Required Skills
Education & Experience
● A Bachelor’s degree in (computer science, computer engineering, and Software engineering)
● CCBA/CBAP certified is preferred
● 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in software system analysis
● Software Background is MUST
Competencies and skills
● Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
