We are seeking to hire a HR Admin Executive who will be responsible for supporting the store office management with administration, place necessary orders for store stock and in charge of the new employee administration. In addition to make travel arrangements and hotel accommodation arrangements for appointed staff.
The HR Admin Executive will be the first point of contact during auditing to easy provide the required documents or reports. The job holder will take care of the integration and induction of the new employees, their welfare, organizing social events and annual parties. In addition to support the overall Store Administrative functions to ensure smooth operation running of the business.
The ideal candidate for the role would be a bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration or any relevant discipline with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Planing and organizing skills are a must.
