Job Description

Q-source is hiring an IT Help Desk for a well-known company working in the food & Beverage located in Alexandria.
Working Hours: 6-months as a Night shift: 4PM to 12AM and 6-months Morning shift: 8AM to 4PM.
2 Days off.
Annual agreement.
Qualifications :-
– Graduated from Computer Science or Relevant.
– Experience: 6m to 1y.
– English: Good to Very. Good
Responsibilities:-
– Act as a first line support for IT.
– Create and monitor (Follow up and engage) tickets on service desk portal.
-Basic understanding and troubleshooting for Windows 10 and -Microsoft office 2013 and 2016.
-Hardware troubleshooting computers, printers, and IP Phone.
-Reporting to service desk supervisor.
-Provision of telephone, desk side, and remote support.
-Excellent communication skills and appearance.
