Technical Support Engineer is required to join our team in Egypt
Job Description:
– He/She will be responsible for
– supporting remote customers
– Monitor customers’ environments
– Read and prepare reports for support incidents.
– Escalate issues to technical teams.

Job Requirements:
– ITIL knowledge.
– Previous experience in customer support and SLAs.
– Working with ticketing systems.

Technical Knowledge
-Basic Knowledge in networking, Operating systems, Virtualization and backup solutions.
