Product Development Manager for Fawry Microfinance

Fawry Microfinance is hiring “Product Development Manager” with the below qualifications:

Requirements:
· University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
· 5-7 years of professional experience & at least 2 years of experience as a “Product Manager” in banking industry is a must
· Familiarity with business and Microfinance, SMEs, i.e., Term Loans, Overdraft, Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL).
· Receivable finance, reverse factoring, invoice discounting
· Solid experience building solutions for end customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
· Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language
· Expert in data analyses and reporting.
· Proven project management and communication skills, ideally working in a fast-paced/start-up environment
