Customer success Manager

What we need
– Previous work experience in TECH or E-Commerce startup
– Good Analytics
– Technical background is an asset
– Can interact with customers and partners at all levels with confidence, identify sales opportunities, and influence customer purchasing decisions. Demonstrates understanding of the importance of developing contacts as a means of identifying potential business leads.
What you are going to do
1. Manage both customer support and account management teams
2. Manage merchant stores onboarding process
3. Keep Merchants and Businesses regularly updated with new Sharee Coin offers and products
4. Keep high level view of entire merchants support process
5. Resolve merchant issues and inquiries.
