Integra IT Networks is hiring Senior Sales Account Manager with the following Requirements & Responsibilities:
Requirements and Skills
· Minimum 5 years as Sales Account Manager
· IT field experience is a must
· BSc degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
· Preferably financial Sector background
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
· Proven sales track record
Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
· Maintain a Strong Knowledge of Products and Services Offered.
· Develop positive relationships with clients & new sales
opportunities.
· Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual
needs.
· Generate new business using existing and potential customer
networks.
· Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely
manner.
· Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify
opportunities for growth.
· Establishing good rapport with clients.
· Supervising representatives to ensure increased sales.
· Preparing reports on accounts and transactions
. Tracking account targets.
