We are looking for Accounting Manager with HR experience/background.

Requirements:
From 3-5 years experience in the same Position.
Full time job.

1. Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager.
2. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting and tax preparation software and databases.
3. Degree in Accounting or Finance.

A plus:
*Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
*Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures.
*Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
