Job Profile & Responsibilities:
– Monitor & troubleshooting multivendor Core, Aggregation & Access networks.
– 2nd line support to individual complaints received.
– Troubleshooting with external international entities.
– Regular technical checks on services’ performance and react on any failure.
– Interface with all services’ stakeholders.
Requirements:
– 0 to 3 years of experience in Network
– Deeper Knowledge of network routing protocols & CCNP topics.
– Good Knowledge in BGP, MPLS & PBR
Personal Skills:
– Fast Learner & cope with multitasking workload.
– Good Command of English.
– Responsible and able to measure the risk.
– Good communication Skills.
– Able to work in shift basis (Day & Night)
