Job Description
A Multinational company located in Sheraton looking for a Junior HR Generalist in the industrial field.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English.
Excellent user of MS commands (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
1-2 years minimum experience.
BSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is preferable.
Proven work experience in the previous HR role.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
