HR Data Analyst for MH Group
Job Description
MH Group for Construction is hiring now HR Data Analyst.
Position Summary:
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from various sources.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related
initiatives.
- Assists and conduct classification audits
- Assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in related areas (Comp&Ben, job classification, and equal opportunity compliance).
-Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor degree in Businesses Administration or other related fields.
