Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related.
General awareness of computer systems, pc repair and network management
Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices.
Knowledge in all windows editions, active directory, firewall
Basic network Knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
– Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
– Responsible for pcs, printers, servers and related equipment’s.
– Assist with onboarding of new users.
– Install, configure, and upgrade pc software.
