We are hiring “ Site Architect ”
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 3-6 in Finishing works (Fast track projects)
- Very good at AutoCAD
- Very good communication and problem-solving skills
Job Description:
- Arrange Work with the subcontractors on site
- Receive the work from the subcontractors
- Monitoring the site condition
- Arranged the next day's work
- Studying the project drawings and BOQ
- Prepare invoices for the subcontractors and purchasing orders
- Communicate with the (technical office-projects manager) for the daily reports
- Detailed reports for the site
- Financial statement for the site
