I.T Support Engineer

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT or equivalent
– 5-7 years’ work experience.
– Solid background in end-user support including Security & communication services.
– ability to support and troubleshoot PC/MAC daily operations.
– Assist with the installation of new hardware and software.

Senior I.T Support Engineer

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT or equivalent.
– 10-12 years’ work experience.
– Project management experience in leading or supporting successful projects is a plus.
– Solid background in end-user support including Security & communication services.
– Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
