– B.Sc. Architecture or Engineering
– 7-12 yrs experience with key developers
– Strong experience in Project/Design Management is a #MUST.
– Experience in planning, cost control and commercial/contracts.
– Project Reporting skills
– Able to drive the design process
– Experience in high profile projects
– Strong skills in technical coordination
– Business Planning experience is an add-on
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Fluent in English language
