We are hiring “IT Help Desk” for company Located in “Zamalek”
Job Details:
– Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
– Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
– Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
– Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
– Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
– Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
– Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
Job Requirement:
– Experience Needed: 2 To 3 Years
– Career Level: Entry Level
– Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
