Fresh Graduate Accountant for Rekrut by Talent 360

Job Purpose
Junior Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and providing support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.

Duties And Tasks
‎Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Assist with other accounting projects

Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
0-1 Year of Experience in related field
Accounting and Finance Principles Knowledge
Excellent computer skills in common word processing (MS Word), and data processing (MS Excel

Work Conditions
Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Fridays & Saturdays are off
Work Location: El-Mokattam
