A reputable NGO is currently seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join its executive team. Our ideal candidate should have a great positive attitude and be a true believer in collaborative teamwork.

Job Specifications:
Work Experience:
From 5 to 7 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager in NGOs/the Charity sector; in-depth understanding of charity accounting principles for Egypt.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Postgraduate degree and/or PMP Certificate would be an asset.

Competencies:
- Commitment to ethical service delivery including, but not limited to: maintaining confidentiality, and addressing conflict of interest & conflict resolution.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to determine overall grant performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Critical and Analytical Thinking.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions:
