Job Purpose:

Responsible for analyzing stock level parts regularly to compile parts order and assist stock control manager to place orders on a timely fashion.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

▪       Stock control for MCV buses body spare parts of all branches

▪       Analyze parts stock control movement and recommend actions.

▪       Compile stock parts orders on time.

▪       Forecast parts demand based on workshops & factory demands & previous records.

▪       Review parts consumption regularly and report on sudden demand or shortage.

▪       Monitor stock aging and recommendation.

▪       Study odd parts demand and report on necessary action.

▪       Present and review recommended parts orders.

▪       Report on prompt actions related to urgent parts requirements.

▪       Perform purchasing processes (ordering, register reference for purchased items…etc)

▪       Handle all inquiries with suppliers regarding parts

▪       Handle all logistics situations with body parts suppliers.

▪       Prepare statistical reports for each supplier (stock value variation, sales variation, supplier evaluation…etc)

▪       Technical support in the field of body parts (ex. assist CSD in catalogues Preparation)

Undertake additional tasks as required by line management.

Job Skills and Abilities:

-       Very good command of English and Arabic languages

Qualifications:

-       BSC in Engineering Preferable (Automotive or Mechanical).

-       0-3 Years of Experience in the same field.

-       Technical knowledge of product (Auto repair)
